Job Summary:
BIP Tycoon is seeking a creative, proactive, and customer-focused Social Media & Customer Engagement Specialist to lead our digital engagement efforts. This role combines content creation, design, social media management, customer service, and program coordination. The ideal candidate is a digital native who excels at storytelling, building relationships online, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging and on-brand content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, ads, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Page Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media accounts. Schedule, post, monitor performance, and optimize content strategies.
• Engagement & Interaction: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community that aligns with our brand voice.
• Promotion & Growth: Execute strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement through paid ads, collaborations, hashtags, and promotions.
• Customer Interface: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries on social platforms. Provide accurate information and route issues as needed.
• Customer Service Representation: Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly
and professionally.
• Program Coordination: Support or lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns, online events, influencer partnerships, and customer engagement programs.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Customer service or community management experience is a plus
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Creative mindset and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Good remote working conditions
• Knowledge of trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
• Experience working with CRM or customer engagement tools
