Job summary:
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for promoting our consulting services, generating leads, building strong relationships, and securing new clients. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and marketing who thrives in a start-up environment

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, events, and email campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, with regular follow-ups to convert leads into paying clients.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Manage online presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, website updates) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Suggest or run ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media) to attract clients.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Report on sales targets, pipeline status, and marketing campaign results.
  • Provide strategic feedback to management on ways to improve service offerings and market reach.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in consulting or B2B services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set targets, and achieve goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about helping businesses grow.
